Please carefully read the following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), which governs the rights and obligations between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the ColorBarTasks application (hereinafter referred to as "this Application" or "We"). By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you indicate that you accept and agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using this Application immediately.

1. License to Use

In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ColorBarTasks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license for use by individual users or their affiliated enterprises, teams, or organizations. If you have any comments, you may submit them to us.

2. User Responsibilities and Obligations

When using this Application, users must commit to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in any behavior that may harm the rights and interests of this Application or other users. Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly: Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code, design, architecture, or other technical details of this Application. Prohibition of modifications or derivative works: Users may not modify, adapt, or create any derivative works of this Application, nor may they remove, modify, or hide any identification or notification information of this Application. Prohibition of bypassing technical protection measures: Users may not circumvent, crack, or bypass any security mechanisms or technical measures designed by this Application to protect its content and functionality.

3. Application Permissions and Compliant Use

To ensure the normal operation of this Application, you may need to grant us access to certain device permissions, such as storage permissions and network permissions. We will strictly apply for and use these permissions in accordance with the principle of minimal permissions.

All use of permissions is strictly limited to the normal functional scope of this Application, and users can manage these permissions at any time in their device settings.

4. Termination

Under the following circumstances, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your license to use:

You have violated any terms of this Agreement;
You use this Application for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities;
You attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this Application.

After termination, you must immediately stop using this Application and delete all related copies and files. In other special circumstances, we reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate services at any time without notifying users. Users accept our right to exercise the change, interruption, or termination of services, and we do not need to be responsible to users or third parties.

6. Disclaimer

This Application is provided "as is," and ColorBarTasks makes no express or implied warranties regarding its performance, functionality, and availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following disclaimer provisions apply to all circumstances of your use of this Application.

6.1 Performance and Availability

We make no express or implied warranties regarding the performance, functionality of this Application, or whether it can meet the specific needs of users. We do not guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, delay-free, error-free, or defect-free, nor do we guarantee the integrity or accuracy of data during file transfer.
We make no warranties regarding the compatibility of this Application on any specific device, operating system, or hardware environment. Different device and system configurations may affect the application's performance, and users should bear the corresponding risks.

6.2 Data Security and Privacy

Limitations of data security: Although we take reasonable measures to protect data security, we make no guarantees regarding the absolute security of data.
Privacy risks: We will not monitor users' own content. If users transmit sensitive or confidential information through this Application, they must bear the corresponding privacy risks. Please refer to the "ColorBarTasks Privacy Policy" for details.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Application, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Data loss or damage: User-stored data may be lost, damaged, or unrecoverable due to device failure, network problems, or other technical reasons. We are not responsible for any data loss or damage.
Business interruption: We are not responsible for business interruption, revenue loss, or decreased productivity caused by the Application's inability to operate normally, functional limitations, or failures.
Device or system damage: We are not responsible for any damage to devices, systems, or data caused by users installing or using this Application, and users should bear these risks.

6.4 Legal Liability

User behavior responsibility: Users should be responsible for all actions taken during the use of this Application, including but not limited to legal liability arising from the transmission of illegal or infringing content. We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from users' use of this Application.
Third-party risks: We are not responsible for the security, reliability, or functionality of any third-party networks, devices, or services that users contact or rely on while using this Application, and users must bear the related risks.
Force majeure events: In the event of force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, cyber attacks, or government actions) resulting in service interruption, data loss, or other damages, we bear no responsibility.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the court for adjudication.

8. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make significant modifications to this Agreement, we will notify users in a prominent location within this Application. Continued use of this Application indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
