Purpose of Use: Create and manage your account, provide user authentication services, enable multi-device data synchronization, and send you important service notifications.

1.2 Task Management

Information Collected: Task titles, content, descriptions, categories, priorities, completion status, time information, and custom grouping information you create.

Storage Methods:

  • Local Storage: Encrypted storage using SQLite database on your device
  • Cloud Storage: Only after you log in and enable synchronization, data is encrypted, transmitted, and stored on our servers

1.3 Sharing Feature (Mobile)

Collects text content and file paths shared from other applications to this Application, enabling quick task creation from other apps.

1.4 In-App Purchases (iOS Platform Only)

Information Collected: Purchase receipts provided by Apple, product IDs, transaction IDs, VIP status and type.

Note: All payment information is processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Purchase receipts are only used to verify purchase authenticity with Apple servers.

1.5 Device Information and Log Information

Information Collected: Device model, operating system version, application version, device unique identifier, application usage logs, network type.

Purpose of Use: Provide single-instance restriction functionality, diagnose and fix technical issues, improve application performance and stability. We use Sentry service for error monitoring. All log information is desensitized and does not contain your personal task content.

1.6 Smart Link Recognition

Collects URL links you enter in tasks and webpage title information obtained from URLs to automatically recognize and extract webpage titles. Link recognition is completed locally on your device.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

This Application does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. We do not display advertisements or track your browsing behavior.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

3.1 Sharing

We are committed to keeping your information strictly confidential. To provide better services, we may use the following third-party services:

  • Sentry (Error Monitoring Service): Used for application crash reports and error log collection. Shared information does not contain your personal task content.
  • Apple App Store (iOS Platform Only): Used for in-app purchase verification. Only used to verify purchase authenticity, with Apple handling all payment information.

In cases required by law, we may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or mandatory government requirements to maintain national security, public safety, public interest, or to protect users' personal and property safety.

3.2 Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances: obtaining your explicit consent in advance, as required by laws and regulations, or in the event of a merger or acquisition requiring the new holder to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

3.3 Public Disclosure

We will only publicly disclose your personal information after obtaining your explicit consent or as required by law.

  • Transmission Encryption: Data is encrypted during transmission using HTTPS protocol to prevent data theft or tampering during transmission
  • Access Control: Implement strict access control and permission management to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information
  • Single Instance Protection: Desktop applications are restricted to single instance operation to prevent database conflicts and data corruption

4.2 Management Measures

Established comprehensive data security management systems and processes, provide data security training to employees, conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, and developed emergency response plans for personal information security incidents.

4.3 Security Incident Response

In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you.

4.4 Data Retention

  • Local Data: Permanently saved on your device until you actively delete the application or clear data
  • Cloud Data: Retained during the validity period of your account. When you cancel your account or have not used it for an extended period (more than 2 years), we will delete your personal information
  • Log Data: Anonymous statistical data is retained for no more than 12 months

We take your concern about personal information very seriously and do our utmost to protect your rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent regarding your personal information.

  • Tasks: View all tasks you have created within the application
  • VIP Information: View your membership status in the "Personal Center"

5.2 Correct Your Personal Information

When you discover that the personal information we have processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to request that we make corrections. You can make corrections yourself through the application's features or submit a correction request through the contact information in this Privacy Policy.

5.3 Delete Your Personal Information

You can delete your personal information through the following methods:

  • Single Deletion: Delete individual tasks within the application
  • Batch Deletion: Delete multiple tasks in bulk within the application
  • Clear Local Data: Clear application data in device settings
  • Cancel Account: Contact us to cancel your account and delete cloud data

5.4 Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw authorization through the following methods:

  • Disable Synchronization: Log out within the application to stop cloud data synchronization
  • Stop Using: Uninstalling the application will stop us from collecting any information from you

5.5 Cancel Account

You can apply to cancel your account by contacting us. After account cancellation, we will stop providing you with products and services, delete your personal information or anonymize it, you will no longer be able to use cloud synchronization features, and VIP membership benefits will terminate and cannot be restored. Note: Account cancellation is irreversible, please proceed with caution.

5.6 Obtain Copy of Personal Information

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You can submit a request by contacting us, and we will provide it to you within 15 working days.

5.7 Responding to Your Requests

To ensure security, we may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 15 working days. For your reasonable requests, we will not charge fees in principle.

6. How We Handle Personal Information of Minors

We take the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. This Application is primarily intended for adult users. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using our products and services.

If you are a guardian of a minor and have questions regarding the personal information of the minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. If we discover that we have collected personal information from minors without obtaining verifiable parental or legal guardian consent in advance, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

Cloud Data Storage: After you enable cloud synchronization, your task data will be encrypted, transmitted, and stored on servers located in the United States. The data centers we have selected comply with industry security standards and have implemented strict physical and technical security measures.

Local Data Storage: Your data is simultaneously stored locally on your device. Even without using cloud synchronization, you can fully utilize all core features of the application.

7.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer

Since our servers are located in the United States, when you use cloud synchronization features, your personal information will be transmitted to the United States for storage and processing. We commit to:

  • Data Protection Standards: We ensure that data protection measures on our U.S. servers comply with the requirements of this Privacy Policy
  • Transmission Security: All data transmissions are encrypted through HTTPS protocol
  • Access Control: Implement strict access control measures, ensuring only authorized personnel can access server data
  • Compliance Commitment: We continuously monitor and comply with data protection laws and regulations in China and the United States

  • You can choose not to use cloud synchronization and only store and manage your task data locally
  • If you have concerns about cross-border data transfer, you can log out within the application at any time to stop cloud synchronization
  • You can also contact us to request deletion of all personal data on our servers

Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post any changes to the Privacy Policy on this page. For significant changes, we will also provide more prominent notice (including notifications through the application, email, and other means).
